Job summary

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. seeks a transactional associate attorney to join the corporate and business transaction group. The role focuses on M&A, LLC matters, and liability issues for closely-held businesses and their owners, requiring collaboration with firm attorneys and clients.

The candidate will draft buy/sell and asset purchase agreements and other corporate documents, supporting strategic planning and formation initiatives for client entities.

Qualifications

• Juris doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience working as an attorney; corporate and business transaction experience preferred.
• Manage and prioritize numerous client matters simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
