Job summary

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. seeks a transactional associate attorney to join its corporate and business transaction group in Phoenix.

The successful candidate assists with mergers and acquisitions and closely-held business matters for owners, drafting key documents and advising clients. Responsibilities include drafting buy/sell and asset purchases, solving complex corporate issues, and coordinating with firm attorneys and clients to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Juris doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Arizona State Bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of attorney experience; corporate and business transaction experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client matters simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Transactional associate attorney for corporate and business transaction group at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the corporate and business transaction group to assist with mergers and acquisitions, company, manager, director, and officer liability, business planning and formation, business divorces, and other corporate and LLC business matters, primarily for closely-held businesses and their owners.
