The Transaction Specialist I plays a critical role in ensuring offers move seamlessly from contract to closing. The primary responsibility is to push offers to close on time, document any delays, and maintain proactive communication with all parties involved. This includes issue resolution, inbound and outbound calls, and timely email communication with buyers, agents, and closing partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The base wage for this role at the time of posting and hire ranges from$30 - $35per hour. Actual compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
In addition to the base wage, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
