Overview

My Real Estate Company is growing fast—and we’re looking for a sharp, licensed real estate professional to join our operations team as a Transaction Quality Specialist. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, knows the real estate process inside and out, and keeps transactions running like clockwork.

Who You Are

- Organized, fast-moving, and detail-obsessed

- Experienced in managing contract-to-close timelines

- Comfortable using DocuSign Transaction Rooms, Slack, and digital platforms

- A calm, clear communicator who gets things done without drama

- Understands that agents are our clients and believes in serving them at the highest level

What You Do

- Manage multiple real estate transactions from executed contracts through closing

- Open files, input data, and track all contract-related deadlines

- Communicate with clients, lenders, title, and agents to keep files moving

- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings as needed

- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

- Ensure all files meet internal SOP and state requirements

- Approve commission disbursements and track completion

- Enforce internal compliance policies and support our TQA system

- Collaborate with team via Slack and other platforms

- Perform other duties as assigned
