Job summary

Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a Transaction Systems & Operations Specialist to bridge business operations and platform systems. You will administer the Qualia platform, govern access, and optimize workflows to support title, escrow, and transaction operations.

You will partner with operations teams to improve adoption, provide Tier 2 support, and ensure system capabilities align with business needs. A systems-minded approach and problem-solving mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and governing enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Strong understanding of title/escrow/transaction operations and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the Qualia platform and related systems.
• Manage roles, permissions, and access controls with governance and compliance.
• Act as gatekeeper for configuration changes and exceptions.
• Maintain underwriting credentials and platform admin settings.
• Ensure global system integrity across regions and units.
• Support platform transitions and adoption initiatives.
• Partner with escrow/title teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 escalation for complex workflow and platform issues.
• Promote adoption and continuous improvement through relationships.
• Identify trends and improve training materials, FAQs, and knowledge resources.
• Troubleshoot and balance business requirements with governance and scalability.
• Recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and operational performance.
• Configure and maintain workflows, templates, and system settings.
• Evaluate impacts of configuration decisions on downstream processes and compliance.
• Implement workflow enhancements as business needs evolve.
• Support testing, deployment, and rollout of new functionality.
• Maintain documentation and standards for configuration and workflows.
• Own platform reporting capabilities and dashboards.
