Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Transaction Systems & Operations Specialist to administer and govern the Qualia platform and related systems. You will partner with escrow, title, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and provide ongoing reporting and insights.

The role emphasizes optimizing workflows, enforcing governance, and supporting adoption of future-state technologies across regions.

Qualifications

The administrator and SME for the Qualia platform and related systems.
Strong governance over roles, permissions, and access controls.
Experience aligning platform capabilities with business needs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary admin for the Qualia platform and related systems.
Manage user roles, permissions, security groups, and access controls with governance.
Gatekeeper for platform configuration changes and role-based permissions.
Maintain underwriter credentials, logins, and platform-level settings.
Support transitions and adoption of new technologies.
Partner with escrow/title/operations to translate needs into system solutions.
Own platform reporting, dashboards, and insights.
