Position Overview

Transaction Operations Associates support trading desks, portfolio managers, and operations teams by ensuring the accurate processing, settlement, and reconciliation of investment transactions. Key Responsibilities

Process and settle trades and investment transactions accurately and timely

Monitor transaction lifecycles, identify exceptions, and resolve discrepancies

Reconcile positions across internal systems, custodians, and counterparties

Prepare daily transaction reports, P&L validation, and operational dashboards

Collaborate with operations, compliance, and accounting teams to ensure adherence to policies

Assist with fund transfers, capital calls, distributions, and corporate actions

Identify and propose process improvements or automation opportunities

Support ad-hoc requests and operational audits for senior management
