• Prepare deal summaries, reporting dashboards, and operational documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure deal processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor ongoing deal-related obligations and timelines to prevent delays or errors.
