The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions and strong people management skills. The position offers a competitive compensation range of $80,000-$130,000 per year, including bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management.
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience.
• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement.
• Supervise and train Transaction Coordinators / Settlement Processors.
• Ensure high quality, accuracy, and completeness of all listings across MLS.
