The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. A total compensation range of $80,000-$130,000 per year is offered, inclusive of base plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management.
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience.
• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract through settlement.
• Supervise and train Transaction Coordinators.
• Ensure CRM is updated consistently and accurately for all transactions.
