Job summary

Colliers Wisconsin in Milwaukee is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support a top-performing brokerage team. This highly visible role keeps complex real estate transactions moving from listing through closing and serves as a trusted contact for brokers, clients, attorneys, and internal partners.

You will prepare offering memorandums, proposals, and client-facing materials, and format them using InDesign, Adobe, PowerPoint to meet Colliers branding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort creating and polishing marketing and presentation materials.
• Clear, confident communication and strong follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Real estate license is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial real estate transactions from listing through closing, including leases, renewals, amendments, and sales.
• Prepare offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials; format using InDesign, Adobe, PowerPoint to meet Colliers branding.
• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the brokerage team and improve processes.
