Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a detail-oriented Closing Support Specialist to manage the administrative and logistical aspects of the closing process. You will act as the main liaison between clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties to ensure a smooth, timely closing.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Minimal travel is required, and discretionary bonuses, plus benefits, are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction coordination, real estate, mortgage, title, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related platforms (CRM, transaction management systems).
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate all aspects of the closing process from contract to completion.
• Maintain consistent communication with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies.
• Review contracts, addenda, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Track deadlines and ensure all contract contingencies and requirements are met.
• Collect, verify, and organize all necessary documents and information.
• Schedule and confirm closing appointments, including dates, times, and locations.
• Provide timely updates and follow-ups to all stakeholders involved.
• Troubleshoot and help resolve any issues that may delay or impact the closing.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and policies.
• Minimal travel required.
