Job summary

Leadenhall Search & Selection partners with a specialist accounting and advisory firm to expand its Transaction Advisory practice. The role focuses on Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings, offering exposure to a broad range of M&A transactions and direct work with senior team members and clients.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in FDD/QoE/TAS or Audit, CPA/CFA qualifications (or pursuing), and strong financial analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CPA or CFA qualified (or pursuing)
• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience within a mid-sized or larger firm preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior TAS team members and clients

The Role

Our client is looking for someone to join its growing Transaction Advisory Services team, with a focus on Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings. This is an opportunity to join a growing practice and gain exposure to a broad range of M&A transactions, working directly with senior team members and clients.

The Person

• 2–5+ years' experience in FDD, QoE, TAS or Audit
• FDD/QoE experience preferred, with strong audit candidates also considered
• CPA or CFA qualified (or pursuing)
• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
