Elliott Davis is seeking a due diligence professional to support buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity and strategic buyers. You will analyze large data sets to assess earnings quality, debt and working capital, and you will participate in meetings with target management.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of three years in audit or transaction services, strong GAAP knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Travel to client locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience with audit or transaction services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client service focus.

Responsabilités

• Perform and assist in buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers.
• Analyze large data volumes to prepare an Excel data book focusing on earnings quality, debt, net working capital.
• Lead sections of due diligence meetings with target management and design tailored reports.
• Communicate findings clearly in reports and verbally; collaborate with Elliott Davis team to ensure timely delivery.
