Job summary

ED03 Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC is seeking an experienced professional to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements. You will analyze data, evaluate financial trends, and communicate findings confidently to clients.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in audit or transaction services, a bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. You'll be instrumental in developing solid relationships with clients and teamwork.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers.
• Analyze large volumes of data to prepare an Excel data book, emphasizing quality of earnings, debt and debt‑like, and net working capital analysis.
• Understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies, and challenge target assumptions.
• Assist and lead sections of due diligence meetings with target management.
• Create and design tailored reports for key issues such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerations.
• Communicate due diligence findings confidently, verbally and in written reports.
• Collaborate and work within teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Develop and strengthen productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with other Elliott Davis team members.
