Job summary

Elliott Davis, LLC is seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior Consultant to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence for private equity and strategic buyers in a fast-paced setting. You will analyze data, evaluate trends, and build tailored reports addressing key issues such as earnings quality and working capital.

You will lead sections of meetings with target management, communicate findings effectively, and collaborate with teams across the firm while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience with audit or transaction services.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Current licensed CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for PE, mezzanine funds and strategic buyers.
• Analyze large data sets to prepare an Excel data book with earnings, debt and working capital focus.
• Evaluate financial and operating trends of target companies and challenge assumptions.
• Lead sections of due diligence meetings with target management.
• Create tailored reports on normalized earnings, indebtedness, and working capital trends.
• Communicate findings clearly in reports and in meetings with clients.
• Collaborate with Elliott Davis teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support client relationships and contribute to business development.
