Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP seeks a Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to meet clients' complex financial needs and work with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to management.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Support growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
