Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
CPA preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
Research and financial analysis of target companies.
Due diligence for buy side and sell side transactions.
Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
