Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA designation preferred, not required.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Intermediate modeling and strong Excel skills; data-driven insights.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with client personnel across industries.
• Ability to interact with senior level client personnel for executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Support growth and development of team members through firm programs.
