Patriot Rail Transportation Company LLC is seeking a seasoned operations supervisor in Silver Creek, MS to lead and coordinate daily railroad activities. You will supervise conductors, engineers, and train crews, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient railcar movements across the network.

The role demands strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering reliable service while coaching staff and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of railroad operations experience.
• Current Locomotive Engineer and Conductor certifications.
• Strong knowledge of FRA regulations and railroad operating rules.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise conductors, engineers, and train crews.
• Coordinate daily train and switching operations.
• Promote and enforce safety, operating rules, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage railcar movements, train documentation, and operational reporting.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and drive operational excellence.
• Partner with customers, crews, and leadership to ensure reliable service.
• Coach and develop employees while building a strong, engaged team.
