Job summary

Valiant Solutions is seeking an experienced training leader to design and drive comprehensive AirHub training and user readiness programs for national clients. You will lead the development of role-based learning paths for EPA and external users, ensuring adoption and ongoing success with robust support materials.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in enterprise training, strong instructional design skills, and deep knowledge of adult learning principles to guide large technology

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise training, user adoption, user support, or technology implementation.
• Experience developing and executing training and user-readiness strategies for large technology implementations.
• Strong instructional design experience and knowledge of adult learning principles.
