Job summary

Vylor, located in Toledo, Iowa, seeks a Training Technician to design and deliver safety, quality, and process training for site employees. You will develop training materials, manage the calendar, coordinate events, and ensure learning aligns with Corteva safety standards.

This on-site role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work across shifts, including occasional weekends. You will support audits, write JSAs and SOPs, and act as a liaison with contract labor to

  • Strong organization and process-improvement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps incl. Outlook and PowerPoint.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the technical training requirements, including the development of new training materials, maintaining the training calendar, facilitating engaging hands-on training, and coordinating training events.* VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.* Relocation assistance is offered for this position.* This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.**What You'll Do:*** Execute site training on the following topics: Safety, Health & Environment, Continuous Improvement, Quality System, and Process documentation* Lead training and related communication, credibility, enthusiasm, and energy* Apply adult learning theory techniques to deliver engaging and effective training programs.
