Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Illinois is seeking a Production Technician to support harvest, conditioning, and packaging across seasons. You will monitor highly automated equipment, assist with receiving and product returns, and help manage field logistics to ensure smooth production.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work rotating shifts (nights/weekends). A two-year technical/associate degree is preferred; Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus;

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
  • Two-year technical/associate degree preferred; related field in agriculture/manufacturing advantageous.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, during seasonal peaks.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor highly automated equipment for harvesting, conditioning, treating, and packing.
  • Assist with receiving, conditioning, packaging, harvest, product return, and precleaning.
  • Participate in field activities like scouting and logistics management.
  • Perform warehouse tasks including forklift operation and sample collection.

This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
