Job summary

Dover Networks LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer and SME to design, develop, and deliver technical training for operators and analysts. You will work closely with instructors and mission leadership to ensure materials reflect current tradecraft, tools, and practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering or 4+ years with BS
• Experience delivering technical training and instructional materials
• Experience developing or reviewing JQS & TQS
• Experience with operating systems, networking concepts (security, design, troubleshooting)

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training curriculum, course materials, and hands-on exercises for the training team.
• Serve as an SME to instruct, coach, and mentor students and junior personnel.
• Develop and review Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Technique Qualification Standards (TQS).
• Create and maintain training pipelines with milestones and timeline adherence.
• Provide systems engineering expertise and technical documentation support to the training team and stakeholders.
