Job summary

Dover Networks LLC is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer to build and modernize a mission management and workflow automation system. You will own backend API development and data orchestration, collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team of developers, analysts, and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities include implementing features for evolving mission-driven requirements, supporting automation efforts, and modernizing the infrastructure with Kubernetes while enhancing security

Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience, or 12 years with no bachelor’s degree.
Experience building full-scale applications and APIs with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Proficient with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Perform full stack development of system features with a focus on backend API development.
Implement feature additions and updates for evolving mission-driven requirements.
Provide development support to automation team, including code reviews and engineering expertise.
Modernize and harden mission management system; migrate to Kubernetes; implement security features.
