TrustedQA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the Distributed Training System (DTS) development in support of the C2BMC program in Colorado Springs.

The role requires translating high-level mission objectives into field-ready, safe, and compliant solutions while collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups. You will guide system integration from concept through deployment, leveraging missile-defense experience and strong communication skills to shape technical decisions and

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering, design, development and integration.
• Proficient with missile defense modeling tools (OSM, EADSim, MDST, SSF).
• Strong leadership and excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the DTS development from concept to integration.
• Bridge high-level mission objectives to field-ready solutions in complex missile-defense environments.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and drive technical decisions with safety and performance in mind.
• Mentor teams and ensure rigorous design and integration processes.
