Job summary

Dover Networks LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with extensive DoD program experience to drive system requirements, architecture, and integration across teams. The role emphasizes DoDAF/SOA compliance, technical leadership, and a focus on delivering verifiable system solutions.

You will develop system engineering plans, allocate requirements, and participate in interface design, reviews, and test planning to ensure the integrity of the system throughout its lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor' s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements to ensure production systems align with the defined system architecture(s) – DoDAF SOA, etc.
• Contribute to the development of System Engineering documentation such as SPs, ICDs, and Requirements specifications.
• Assist with development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation to hardware/software components.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from CCB meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews.
• Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based on development and operational considerations.
