To deliver on this significant program of work, we are seeking a skilled People and Technical Leader - Engineering to support a group of deployment leads and guide engineers and radiological control professionals undertaking long‑term training in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
You will bring strong communication skills and a strong grasp of the technical and theoretical requirements relevant to your qualification, whether in medical science or engineering. You will also be able to operate autonomously in a complex, dynamic environment. A solid understanding of safety process management within operational settings, together with excellent time‑management and organisational skills, will be essential.
This placement is expected to commence in mid to late 2026 and run for approximately two years.

At the completion of your deployment, you will return to Western Australia (WA) to carry out the planning, management, and in‑water maintenance activities on the United States Navy Virginia Class Submarines at HMAS Stirling.
