As a Training Support Lead - Engineering, you will:

  • Support the team in setting clear, actionable goals aligned with strategic objectives
  • Identify, assess and resolve potential risks to the program and its personnel
  • Report to the International Training Support Manager, and provide feedback that supports the establishment of clear and consistent guardrails
  • Mentor and guide team members, equipping them with the tools, support, and expertise needed to achieve their professional goals
