Job summary

GraceMark Solutions is seeking a Training Supervisor – Vehicle Operations to oversee training programs for our autonomous ride-hailing operations in Houston. You will lead our training team, coordinate sessions, and ensure high standards of performance and safety across all shifts.

You will train and mentor trainers, maintain LMS records, update materials, and collaborate with operations and project teams to improve efficiency. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months as a fully trained vehicle operator (Zoox or equivalent).
• 1–3 years in the autonomous vehicle industry.
• Knowledge of vehicle testing procedures.

Responsibilities

HireArt is partnering with an on-demand autonomous ride‑hailing company to hire a Training Supervisor – Vehicle Operations to oversee training programs, support team development, and ensure the highest standards of operational performance.

• Oversee daily training operations and monitor learner progression.
• Coordinate training schedules, sessions, and resources.
• Train and support trainers and mentors while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Facilitate classroom, hands‑on, and simulated training sessions.
• Update training materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with managers and project teams to improve training efficiency and performance.
• Participate in service missions to maintain proficiency in standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• At least 12 months of experience as a fully trained vehicle operator at Zoox.
• 1–3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry.
• Knowledge of vehicle testing procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in collaborative, fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to other locations for training support.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
