Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a production environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) department and coach training staff.
• Oversee trainers delivering job-specific instruction and SOPs.
• Maintain competency trackers and ensure proper onboarding and cross-training.
• Manage training budgets, records, and safety/compliance programs.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and problem‑solving teams to drive improvements.
