Job summary

Trojan Battery Company is seeking a Training Supervisor to design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate workforce training under California’s ETP program. You will lead instructors, ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and align training with production goals.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, coaching Team Lead Trainers, managing certifications, and analyzing training outcomes to drive oper ational excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3+ years in vocational training in manufacturing.
• Experience developing hands-on and classroom training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs with managers and leaders to align with objectives.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs per ETP guidelines.
• Lead and coach Team Lead Trainers and ensure consistency.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance reports.
• Monitor KPIs: skill attainment, productivity, quality, and attendance.
