This full-time role reports to the Executive Director of Operations and supports the development and performance of our care professionals. This role averages 42–48 hours/week, typically Monday–Friday (8:00a–4:30p), with occasional early, late, or weekend hours based on training needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on training to care professionals (one-on-one, in-home, group settings).
  • Support skilled care in client homes and mentor staff with confidence and clarity.
  • Collaborate with care teams to deliver top-tier, client-focused care.
  • Monitor client condition and adapt training to real-world needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education.
  • Support and present engaging training courses with clarity and empathy.
  • Step in as a caregiver when needed for training and coverage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; CNA, LPN, COTA, or PCT license preferred.
  • Strong background in hands-on care (experience with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ALS, stroke, transfers, catheter/colostomy care, feeding tubes, etc., preferred).
  • Excellent communication, soft skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to lead with warmth, humility, and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Able to lift 55 lbs and meet all Missouri background and safety checks.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, active auto insurance.

What You Bring

  • A strong sense of urgency and initiative—you don’t wait to be told.
