Job summary

JobRx, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Area Manager to oversee the production spaces and lead staff while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

You will report to the Center Manager, coordinate and deliver employee orientation and training, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

This full‑time role requires hands‑on leadership, the ability to manage cross‑functional teams, and a commitment to high standards of GMP and worker safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Capable of bending, reaching, walking, standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 32 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Must tolerate prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage range: $24.00 – $33.00.
