Job summary

J&T Business Consulting in Annapolis, MD seeks a Training Specialist (Level 2) with TS/SCI and Polygraph to design, develop, and deliver high‑impact technical training programs for defense and intelligence personnel.

You will draft training documentation, deliver in‑person and web‑based instruction to large audiences, mentor junior specialists, and craft realistic scenarios around SIGINT, RF, antennas, and wireless systems for mission readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/technical field and at least 9 years of related experience, or 13 years of technical training/engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience designing instructional courses, assessments, and visual aids for complex hardware and software systems.
• 3+ years of experience with SIGINT and RF systems, including VHF/UHF, antennas, and electronics.
• 3+ years of hands-on or analytical experience with wireless protocols (GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, Wi-Fi).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and instruct instructor-led and web-based technical training courses, student guides, slides, activities, and assessments.
• Deliver technical briefings and instructional modules to military, intelligence personnel, and large technical audiences.
• Analyze operational systems and feedback to identify training gaps and modernize curricula.
• Author and review SOPs, user manuals, and training documents.
• Provide leadership to junior instructional staff involved in training activities.
• Conduct formal inspections to ensure compliance with government training standards.
• Integrate realistic operational scenarios and SIGINT workflows into classroom simulations.
