Job summary

The role includes drafting training documentation, delivering classroom and web-based instruction to large audiences, mentoring junior specialists, and building realistic operational scenarios and assessments for mission concepts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 9+ years of relevant tech/engineering experience or 13 years without degree.
• Experience developing instructional courses and assessments for complex hardware/software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor‑led and web‑based technical training courses and materials.
• Deliver technical briefings to military and intelligence personnel and large audiences.
• Analyze systems and feedback to identify training gaps and modernize curriculum.
• Author SOPs, user manuals, and training documentation.
• Provide leadership to junior instructional personnel.
