Job summary

Hope in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a Training Specialist II to develop, coordinate and deliver employee trainings across programs. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• 2 years of experience in employee training or development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate employee development, training, and orientation programs.
• Assign courses in Hope University and Relias to employees.
• Input completed trainings into required websites, software and spreadsheets.
