Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must master at least 4 listed skills: Firearms, Truck/Trailer ops, Tactics, armed convoy ops, LE/CT, fitness training, EMS driving.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as training staff member for DOE and contractor personnel.
• Provide specialized instruction in firearms, small-unit tactics, law enforcement control tactics, and/or physical fitness training.
• Maintain mastery of training concepts and apply effective learning methods.
• Lead and evaluate training presentations to meet objectives and standards.
• Complete course administrative tasks and plan/work within deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
