• Experience creating and managing surveys and related reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trainings and maintain training records.
• Create and administer surveys and training reports.
• Provide back-up support for training software platforms (MyLearningPointe, CyberTrain).
• Assist with audits by providing training information and transcripts; ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in committees as training representative and coordinate course assignments.
• Support IT with troubleshooting training systems and content vetting.
