Job summary

Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo) is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement training programs for the Hanford site. You will create On The Job qualification cards, knowledge assessments, and conduct needs analyses.

You will lead program coordination, develop lesson plans, and deliver training across multiple formats while ensuring compliance with CPCCo standards and regulatory requirements for nuclear facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience at Career Grade 17 requires 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for nuclear facilities in regard to training.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and evaluate programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate training programs, managing timelines and resources.
• Create training materials including on-the-job qualification cards and assessments.
• Conduct needs analyses and assist in selecting instructors.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of training programs.
• Develop detailed lesson plans and engaging presentations.
• Deliver training in diverse formats including performance-based and computer-based.
• Ensure activities meet CPCCo standards and drive process improvements.
