Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Specialist to develop, present, and manage training programs for our software applications and systems. You will create programs tailored to meet team training needs across the enterprise using blended, classroom, and virtual learning modalities.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, present, manage, and facilitate training programs, courses, and materials for software in an interactive environment.
  2. Collaborate with IT staff to translate functional specifications into training content.
  3. Create and maintain training materials, including curriculum, videos, and documentation.
  4. Analyze training needs with business leaders.
  5. Create storyboards and scenarios that mimic customer experiences.
  6. Work with the tech team to design and update training solutions.
  7. Conduct webinars on system functionality and best practices.
  8. Research industry standards and incorporate new technologies into training.
  9. Design or deliver additional content as needed for business training needs.
  10. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records of participation.
  11. Encourage participation and motivate learners during classes.
  12. Communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  13. Work independently, prioritize tasks, and be proactive.
