Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Technical Training Specialist to deliver and support Operations & Maintenance training for Wind, with expansion into Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems training at the Oklahoma City Training Center.

You will conduct classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on instruction, manage training administration, curriculum support, qualification tracking, and daily operations at the Oklahoma City center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wind energy or power generation.
• 3–5+ years delivering technical training, depending on education level.
• Experience leading classroom and hands-on technical training.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and Adobe.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on instruction.

The Technical Training Specialist will deliver and support Operations & Maintenance technical training, primarily for Wind operations, while helping expand Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems training. Responsibilities include classroom, virtual, onsite, and hands-on instruction; training administration; curriculum support; qualification tracking; and daily support of the Oklahoma City Training Center. The trainer will cover areas such as Climb & Rescue, Technical System Training, LOTO, electrical safety, troubleshooting, SCADA, condition monitoring systems, substation switching, Solar, and BESS.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in wind energy or power generation
