As the Renewables Training Manager, you will develop, deliver, and continuously improve the technical and safety training programs that support field personnel across wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and solar operations. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Global Wind Organization (GWO) training programs. These programs include Basic Safety Training (BST) and Advanced Rescue Training (ART). Additionally, you will build a scalable training framework that will expand our capabilities into Basic Technical Training (BTT), battery storage technologies, and solar field services. You will combine hands‑on instruction, curriculum development, training strategy, and workforce capability planning. This ensures that field technicians possess the skills, certifications, and competencies required to safely execute operations and maintenance activities across renewable energy assets. Lastly, you will be responsible for understanding applicable training standards, maintaining regulatory compliance, partner with operational leaders, and support career progression pathways for field employees.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400.00 to $95,500.00 per year.
