Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to join our Defense Logistics Agency client remotely. The role focuses on developing and delivering IT and end user training, preparing comprehensive training materials, and conducting classroom sessions to improve end-user proficiency and system adoption.

The candidate will research and revise training courses, maintain catalogs, and ensure all instructional content is accurate and effective. Requires security clearance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in information systems development or training.
• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive or Tier 3 security clearance.
• Ability to communicate accurate information.

• Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
• Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
• Prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
• Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Required

• Five (5) years relevant experience
• Experience in information systems development, training, or related fields.
• Relevant Information Technology Instructor/Trainer certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)

Preferred

• Onestream experience
• DLA experience
