The Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) within PRMA seeks a qualified Learning and Training Specialist for a TERM Not-to-Exceed appointment through Sep 30, 2028, with potential extension.
At GS-13 level, candidates must demonstrate experience across education and training lifecycle, design and evaluation of curricula, and use of LMS and instructional technologies; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
This position is in the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) organization and Personnel Readiness Management Agency (PRMA). PRMA is a Department of War (DoW) Field Activity, of the Under Secretary of War (Personnel and Readiness) (USW (P&R)). The position will be filled as a TERM Not to Exceed September 30, 2028. Agency has the option to extend TERM Appointments up to 4 years. You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
