Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead a team of airline professionals in delivering a high-quality customer experience while maintaining safety, efficiency, and on-time performance. You will oversee onboarding, training plans, and ongoing staff development at our Vermont station.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of ramp and safety procedures, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to meet regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience supervising airline operations or staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of SkyWest policies and ramp operations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviews and the hiring process.
• Ensure new hires are trained and assigned a mentor.
• Oversee training for DL/UA/AS/AA staff and relevant procedures.
• Coordinate deicing and recurrent training.
• Audit training records and report compliance with safety policies.
• Provide direction and support for operational areas and departments.
• Maintain and update the station training plan monthly.
