Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of airline professionals, ensuring excellent customer experience, safety, and on-time performance in Utah. The role focuses on training new hires, supervising ramp and customer service activities, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and prior airline supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Previous airline supervisory/manager experience.
• Good standing with SkyWest.
• Understanding of partner brands, SkyWest policies, and SkyWest manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of ramp functions and partner booking apps.
• Ability to budget and schedule manpower.

Responsibilities

• Provide active support for new hires during onboarding and training.
• Ensure new hires are fully trained with a mentor.
• Oversee training for DL/UA/AS/AA with instructor-qualified staff.
• Conduct 90-day and 6-month evaluations for new hires.
• Communicate deadlines and update training plans monthly.
• Audit training records and compliance across departments.
• Support all operational areas with guidance and direction.
