Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required due to federal government contract.
• Ability to obtain/maintain USCIS EOD and Suitability determinations.
• Successful completion of drug screening and background investigations.
• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate government vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Acadis training completion records and provide support to investigators.
• Update and maintain the Stats Workbook and CCID submission statuses.
• Track CCID submissions by status and prepare recurring data summaries.
• Support Acadis account administration and reconcile exceptions with HRMart.
• Maintain SCORM testing records and ensure 508 compliance checks.
• Organize documents on the T drive and verify file presence
• Spot-check CCID submissions for accuracy before workflow advancement
• Copy CCID board cards and assign planners when items are ready
