Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Training, Quality Assurance, Operations Excellence, or Learning & Development within logistics/supply chain
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Experience designing competency-based learning programs
• Experience implementing quality management systems
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and employee development
• Strong coaching, facilitation and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Change management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training and quality strategy aligned with business objectives
• Design, implement, and evaluate onboarding, operational, and refresher training for warehouse, transport, customer service, and support teams
• Establish quality standards, audit processes, and performance scorecards for compliance
• Monitor customer feedback and KPIs to improve performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Training & Quality team while promoting a high-performance culture
