Job summary

Veritas-HHS seeks a Training and QA Manager to lead the training and quality assurance program for the 6th Judicial District Child Support Services of TN in Knoxville. The role includes developing training materials, conducting QA reviews, and providing data-driven input on performance and process improvements.

Under the Program Manager, you will manage onboarding, refresher courses, policy updates, and cross-team collaboration to ensure learning objectives are met and procedures stay current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years’ experience in child support case management or related field.
• At least two years' experience in training.
• Knowledge of current child support policy and procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of computers and software (Microsoft and Adobe products).

Responsibilities

• Develops new employee training program, onboarding and orientation for Child Support 101 and KAECSES.
• Maintains a training plan for ongoing refresher topics and team development.
• Keeps training calendar organized and coordinates sessions with participants and supervisors.
• Delivers group and remedial training upon management request.
• Develops and revises training modules and handouts.
• Collaborates with staff to create desk guides.
• Monitors training effectiveness and follows up on learning objectives.
• Assesses training needs using performance data and QA results.
• Assists in developing/revising Standard Operating Procedures.
• Oversees response to state self-assessment and customer complaints.
• Conducts targeted QA reviews and reports to management.
